A note about photo uploads

If a photo you uploaded to ClassDojo is unavailable, here’s what happened and how to fix it.

What happened

Before each school year we do some maintenance behind the scenes. This time we found a technical problem that made a small number of photos uploaded over the past few months become unavailable. We caught it quickly, fixed it, and made changes so it won’t happen again.

What to do

If you notice a photo is missing, please re-upload it, and it’ll appear right away.

We’re very sorry for the extra step. You shouldn’t have had to do this, and we appreciate you bearing with us.
