원격근무 선호

당사는 전 세계에서 일하는 방식을 선호합니다.

우리는 캐나다에서 아르헨티나에 걸친 원격 근무 팀으로서 미국 시간대에 일합니다. 또한 업무와 대면 관계 구축의 가치를 알고 있기에 일 년에 몇 번은 한곳에 모이기 위해 노력합니다. 인터뷰 과정도 완전히 원격으로 진행됩니다. 코딩 챌린지로 넘어가기 전에 간단한 대화를 나누며 서로를 알아가고, 합격할 경우 가상 현장에서 만납니다.
