Writing Tutoring for 4th Grade

I have been teaching for 8 years, primarily in Indiana where I hold a Bachelors degree in Interdisciplinary Studies and a teaching license. I have experience teaching 4th grade learners in all subjects. I believe that education should be fun, engaging, and tailored to each child's individual needs. I understand the challenges of online learning, especially for young learners. That's why I use interactive and creative lessons to keep kids engaged throughout each session. I also incorporate check points, exit tickets, and informal assessments to ensure that learning is effective and progressing smoothly. My goal is to make online learning feel as natural and enjoyable as possible for your child. Outside of teaching, I love to read, play with my dogs, and stay active through pickleball and enjoying the sunshine. These interests definitely influence my teaching style as I know firsthand the importance of staying engaged and having fun while learning.
