With 18 years of experience teaching kids from PreK through 4th grade in beautiful Central Florida, I truly understand the wonder and joy that comes with learning. My mission is to create a fun, engaging, and safe environment where our young learners can thrive—whether we’re diving into math with some funky online manipulatives or exploring a new story together! I believe that online learning can be an adventure! I keep the pace just right so that my students never feel bored or overwhelmed. Using resources like ReadWorks and Epic!, I aim to spark curiosity and creativity in every session. I approach each class with a positive attitude, ensuring that our learning space feels like a warm, cozy nook where mistakes are just stepping stones to greatness. Outside of teaching, you can often find me lost in a book, tending to my garden, or even embarking on the exciting journey of researching my family tree. I love to write stories, craft, bake, and, of course, immerse myself in the magical worlds of cats and Harry Potter! My creative hobbies inspire me to develop unique ways to help my learners embrace new knowledge. I can't wait to share this adventure with you!
