Writing Tutoring for 3rd Grade

I have been teaching for 14 years and have experience teaching students from Kindergarten to 6th grade in various subjects. My teaching journey has taken me to Georgia and the United Arab Emirates, where I have had the pleasure of working with diverse learners and families. My degrees include an Educational Specialist degree in Instructional Technology and a Masters in Educational Leadership. With these qualifications, I am well-equipped to utilize technology and improve instructional techniques to support learners' success. In addition, I hold teaching certifications in Early Childhood Education, Educational Leadership, and Instructional Technology. These qualifications, combined with my years of experience, have allowed me to continuously improve and adapt my teaching strategies to meet the individual needs of my students. My goal is to make online learning enjoyable and effective for my students. I achieve this by incorporating interactive tools, props, discussions, and games into my lessons. I also use interactive assessments, such as lesson games and quizzes, to ensure that my learners are engaged and understanding the material. Aside from teaching, my interests include reading and writing. In fact, I have even written a children's book! I also love to travel and have found that it has made me more aware and sensitive to cultural differences. I believe that my passion for reading, writing, and experiencing new cultures greatly influences my teaching style and methodology, allowing me to bring excitement and enthusiasm into the classroom. I am looking forward to getting to know my learners and helping them reach their full potential!

With 16 years of teaching experience, I have worked with students from Kindergarten through eighth grade in both general education and special education settings. Over the course of my career, I have taught elementary math and provided reading remediation for middle-school learners, helping students build confidence and master essential skills. I currently serve as a dyslexia interventionist, where I specialize in structured literacy and individualized support. My passion is helping every student discover their strengths and achieve success through compassionate, targeted instruction.

Every child can learn... including yours! I am a Special Education teacher and consultant with over a decade of experience working with students from PreK through 12th grade. I’ve worked with all kinds of learners — each with their own strengths, challenges, and learning styles.

I have 9 years of teaching experience and have had the pleasure of working with learners in grades Kindergarten through 5th. Throughout my career I have specialized in Gifted and Talented education as well as teaching math, science, ELAR, and social studies to 5th graders. I am also a National STEM certified teacher.

I have extensive experience supporting students with behavioral needs and learning disabilities, ensuring all learners receive the individualized care, patience, and structure they need to succeed.

Hello! My name is Ms. Rollins, and I am a certified elementary teacher with several years of experience supporting students in reading and math. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education and am currently in school working toward my Master’s degree. I also have a Gifted Endorsement. I have taught multiple grade levels and am passionate about helping students build confidence, strengthen skills, and grow academically at their own pace. I enjoy partnering with families to support student success.

I have worked with children in educational settings in some way for 10 years. I have worked in religious, Montessori, Head Start/Early Head Start, general preschool, early intervention, and public school settings.

I have been teaching for 8 years, primarily in Indiana where I hold a Bachelors degree in Interdisciplinary Studies and a teaching license. I have experience teaching 4th grade learners in all subjects. I believe that education should be fun, engaging, and tailored to each child's individual needs. I understand the challenges of online learning, especially for young learners. That's why I use interactive and creative lessons to keep kids engaged throughout each session. I also incorporate check points, exit tickets, and informal assessments to ensure that learning is effective and progressing smoothly. My goal is to make online learning feel as natural and enjoyable as possible for your child. Outside of teaching, I love to read, play with my dogs, and stay active through pickleball and enjoying the sunshine. These interests definitely influence my teaching style as I know firsthand the importance of staying engaged and having fun while learning.
