Hi, my name is Mrs. Gilda and I am excited to start this learning journey with you! With several years of teaching experience, I’ve had the joy of working with kids from kindergarten through fourth grade. I hold a Bachelor’s in Biology and a Master’s in Education, which helps me bring a love for learning into each session.

I have over 20 years of teaching experience, including five years as a substitute teacher, one year as a Title I teacher, and fifteen years as a classroom teacher. I’ve also tutored students for more than five years and love helping each child grow in confidence and curiosity. As a parent of a kindergartener, I understand how important it is to make learning engaging and enjoyable. I look forward to learning and growing alongside my students!

My name is LaQuetta and I'm a passionate educator who loves helping students reach their highest academic potential. I have spent the bulk of my years teaching 3rd Grade however, as an Instructional Coach, I coach teachers in K-5 grades.

I have extensive experience in teaching special education, specifically focusing on mathematics and science for students in grades 6 through 8. Additionally, I have proficiency in instructing young learners in a self-contained kindergarten setting. Hello! My name is Christina Oates, and I’m a full-time first grade teacher with over ten years of experience in early elementary education. For the past five years, I’ve specialized in virtual teaching, helping young learners build confidence and skills in engaging online settings. My name is Pierce Scott. I live in Utah and love basketball, football, pickleball, hiking, and video games! I work as a Data Engineer for an airline and also teach computer science courses at a university.

I have been teaching for 19 years, specializing in Kindergarten through 3rd grade in Arizona. My passion for early childhood education and special education led me to pursue a Master's degree in both fields, and I am also certified in early childhood special education. I believe that online learning should be fun and engaging for kids. As a tutor, I use screen sharing to keep learners actively involved and having fun while learning. I also incorporate interactive videos and encourage kids to ask and answer questions. One of my favorite methods for teaching is the ""I do, you do"" strategy, where I demonstrate a concept and then have my students practice it themselves. This approach helps kids feel confident and successful in their learning. Outside of teaching, I love to spend time hiking, dancing, and traveling. These interests definitely influence my teaching style and methodology. I strive to make learning a fun and memorable experience, incorporating real-life examples and hands-on activities whenever possible. Hello Class Dojo families! My name is Mrs. Collins. I am a mom of two, with OVER 25 YEARS of experience in the classroom. I have TAUGHT ALL AGES in a private and public school sector. I have also worked as a gifted educator for middle school (4-8th grade), and curriculum director. After covid I was hired to create online curriculum for public school teachers in Google Classroom. I loved being at home on my mini farm so much. In time the success from my online curriculum writing that charter schools started hiring me to teach 1-2 classes a week. I currently teach for 7 charter schools. This allows me to have time afterschool to tutor for Class Dojo. Over the years I have created a lot of material, so it only made sense to make these online assessments and slideshows available to help other students in a tutoring sector. With 18 years of teaching experience, I’ve had the pleasure of working with kids from Kindergarten to 8th grade, covering subjects like English Language Arts, Math, Science, and Social Studies. I am currently in my 9th year of full-time teaching in Montana, primarily with Kindergarten learners. I have been working with Dojo Tutor for 2 years now, and I love getting to teach students in all different grades. My passion lies in helping young kids develop the foundational skills they need to succeed in all subject areas and in life.
