Hello families! My name is Cassandra Brazier, and I’m an experienced elementary educator with over eight years of classroom teaching experience. I specialize in helping early learners build strong reading, writing, and comprehension skills through engaging, evidence-based instruction. I use the Science of Reading, incorporating Orton-Gillingham and Heggerty methods to help students master phonics, fluency, and vocabulary while developing confidence and a love for learning. My tutoring sessions are personalized, supportive, and focused on measurable growth. I believe every child can thrive when given the right tools, encouragement, and guidance—and I’m here to make that happen.

Hi! I’m Jessica, and I’m so excited to begin this learning journey with you and your child! I’ve been teaching for six years, and my passion for education grows stronger every day. I’ve had the joy of teaching Kindergarten, 1st, and 2nd grade — covering all core elementary subjects — and I truly believe that every student can learn with the right support and encouragement. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education (K–6) and am a certified Special Education and ESOL teacher. I’m also currently pursuing my second Master’s degree in Educational Technology, which allows me to bring innovative, tech-based strategies into my lessons and make online learning even more engaging and effective. As a tutor with Dojo Tutor, I focus on creating a positive and inclusive learning environment where every child feels confident and capable. I use a mix of games, brain breaks, and rewards to keep sessions fun and motivating, while regularly checking progress through assessments and interactive activities. My upbeat personality helps me connect with students and make learning something they look forward to. Outside of teaching, I enjoy baking, traveling, shopping, cooking, photography, and spending time at the beach. I’m also a big fan of Disney World, Target, and Starbucks — and I love bringing that same fun, energetic spirit into my lessons! I can’t wait to share my love of learning with your child and help them reach their goals in a way that’s meaningful, personalized, and full of joy.

I have been teaching for 13 wonderful years, and I am so passionate about guiding and supporting young learners in their educational journey. Throughout my teaching career, I have taught a range of grades and subjects, including Pre-K, 1st grade (all subjects), 2nd grade (all subjects), 3rd grade (math and science), and 4th grade (reading and writing). My expertise lies in elementary education, with a Bachelor's degree in elementary education, a Master's in curriculum and instruction, and a specialist degree in early childhood education. I have had the pleasure of teaching in the beautiful state of Georgia, where I have learned so much from my students and their families. In terms of teaching certifications, I hold a deep understanding and love for the littles in Pre-K and Kinder. I love 1st and 2nd grade and currently teach 1st. When it comes to online learning, I understand the importance of making it fun and engaging for my learners. That's why I incorporate music, games, and other interactive resources to keep my students actively participating and learning effectively. As a hands-on person, I also use total body response to make learning more dynamic and enjoyable. Outside of teaching, I love to dance and even teach ballet. My love for singing also influences my teaching style, as I believe incorporating music into the classroom can make learning more memorable and enjoyable for kids. I am excited to share my passions with your child and help them grow and thrive in their educational journey!

I have been teaching for 6 years, specializing in Kindergarten and 1st grade. I have taught in the beautiful state of Tennessee, where I currently reside. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education and a Master's degree in Reading. I am also a certified Reading Specialist for grades K-12. This means I have specialized training in supporting learners of all ages and abilities in becoming strong and confident readers. When it comes to online learning, I know it can be challenging to keep kids engaged and focused. That's why I love using slideshows, interactive games, and apps to make learning fun and exciting for all learners. I also utilize interactive slides and apps like Boomcards, Blooket, Epic, and IXL to monitor student engagement and promote productive struggle. Outside of teaching, I enjoy spending time in nature and practicing self-care through activities like hiking, walking, and yoga. I am also an avid reader and love to spend time with my friends and family. My personal interests and hobbies influence my teaching philosophy, which is focused on supporting the whole child and meeting them where they are in their learning. I strive to support my learners academically, socially, and emotionally to help them reach their full potential. I am looking forward to getting to know your family and working with your child!
