Hello, my name is Dana. I have taught in a variety of settings such as middle school, elementary school, traditional and online. I am dually certified in the areas of elementary and special education with the majority of my time at the elementary level. I like to engage students by meeting them at their level and challenging them to grow at their own pace. With this approach, I feel it builds self-confidence along with academic skills which promote successful learning. Through this success, students will find motivation and encouragement to keep building towards the next skill set. I utilize a variety of technology to motivate and create an overall fun and engaging learning environment. In closing, my teaching style is to engage students with a skills based approach that will fill in any learning gaps to complement their overall day to day learning.

Hello, I will have been married for 30 years (this May). My wife and I have two adult children. I currently teach fourth grade English Language Arts in Orlando, Fl. I'm also a childrens pastor and I have worked with children and youth for approximately 30 years.

With my experience and expertise, I know just how to change my voice and use various strategies to keep kids interested and motivated during our sessions.
